da cassino: Manchester United have impressed under Jose Mourinho but the Red Devils haven’t quite lived up to expectations fully so far this term and have struggled to keep pace with the rest of the top-six ahead of them.
da aposte e ganhe: Following a surprise draw with Hull City in midweek, Manchester United fell four points behind Manchester City and were fortunate to see Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool ahead of them all drop points.
In their current position though, United cannot afford to drop further points- especially as seventh placed Everton are now just five points behind, potentially drawing United into a battle for European football altogether.
However, BBC pundit Mark Lawrenson believes the Red Devils will make it four consecutive draws in the Premier League when they clash with Leicester City on Sunday. In his prediction, Lawrenson wrote:
“The Foxes are in a bit of a mess now, with their title defence turning into a relegation fight. Their away form is so poor and that means the pressure is on them to earn enough points at the King Power Stadium. Getting something out of this game would be a start.”
Given Leicester’s struggles, it’s perhaps difficult to see them mounting a challenge here but they have beaten Manchester City at the King Power Stadium already this season.
