da doce: [ad_pod ]It would be fair to say that Morgan Schneiderlin has had a tough season.Between October 21 and February 9, the midfielder played just 37 minutes of Premier League football for Everton after seriously falling out of favour. The former Manchester United ace has been reintroduced for Everton’s last two matches, though, featuring against Cardiff City on February 26 before starting Sunday’s Merseyside derby with Liverpool at Goodison Park. The 29-year-old played 76 minutes of the goalless draw against the Reds and certainly helped his team collect a point against their bitter rivals.Schneiderlin – a 2017 arrival from Manchester United – has not been too active on social media this season, but he felt comfortable enough to post a tweet on Sunday. And the midfielder’s message led to a host of Everton fans hailing the Frenchman for his improved showing against Jurgen Klopp’s side.
It is funny how quickly things can change in football and Schneiderlin will now be hopeful of staying in the team for the remainder of the campaign.
