The Premier League giants will reportedly seek inspiration from California-based SoFi Stadium as they plan to construct a “stadium district” that would include a hotel, other amenities and an immersive entertainment centre. Coin Poker's AI images show the new venue having a stunning glass roof, four tiers of seating and the inclusion of Sir Alex Ferguson's statue in front of the stadium that will be relocated from Old Trafford. The outside of the stadium will light up in the club's iconic colour red similar to how Bayern Munich's Allianz Arena look at night.
DID YOU KNOW?
No formal decision has been taken yet regarding the construction which could take at least six years to complete. The club will consult with supporters and the Old Trafford Regeneration Task Force, which includes Lord Sebastian Coe and Gary Neville.
